All lessons take place at the Chef and the City laboratory
in Via L. Ciceri Visconti, 4 Milan (Porta Vittoria railway link).

Let's learn the basics
Every Monday | 19:00 – 20:30
Groups of 4 to 12 participants.
Prices:
• Single lesson: €42
• Package of 10 lessons or more: €35
(per person, VAT included)
In each lesson:
You will cook at your own station with the guidance of Chef Ilaria, learn basic techniques (cutting, cooking, doughs, sauces, vegetables, desserts) and take home the dish you prepared.
Open lesson
1 MEETING - DURATION 3 HOURS - 68 €
Lesson open to everyone, up to 24 participants, including international guests. The spoken language may be English and/or Italian. Available every day, from Monday to Sunday (except Tuesday) at fixed times: at 11:00 and at 17:30.
• Small welcome buffet
• Menu formula: 1 appetizer + 1 main course + 1 dessert*
• Final tasting with beverage and wine included
(1 bottle every 3 people - extra bottles €15 each)
*dishes selected by the Chef, you cannot choose what to cook.
Private lesson
1 SESSION - DURATION 3 HOURS
Standard lesson:
Lesson for private groups up to 32 participants.
77 € - for groups between 32 and 23;
80 € - for groups between 22 and 12;
85 € - for groups between 11 and 7;
95€ - for groups between 6 and 3;
115€ - for 2 people.
• Small welcome buffet;
• The menu is customized and can be made up of a maximum of 3 courses*;
• Final tasting with beverage and wine included (1 bottle every 2 people - extra bottles to be quoted separately depending on the request).
* the menu can be chosen by guests EXCLUSIVELY from the list published on the specific page.
Customized lesson:
Lesson for private groups up to 16 participants.
100€ from 13 to 16 people;
105€ from 9 to 12 people;
115€ from 6 to 8 people;
135€ from 3 to 5 people;
155€ for 2 people.

*the menu is totally customized: guests choose the recipes they prefer or can ask the Chef to create them from scratch, according to tastes and preferences.
