Behind every dish there is a story. That of Ilaria Castelli, chef and founder of Chef And The City, stems from a deep passion for Italian cuisine and the desire to share it in an authentic, contemporary and convivial way.
After years of experience in the world of catering and training, Ilaria has created a project that combines cuisine, hospitality and socialising. Over time, Chef And The City has become a veritable laboratory of culinary experiences: cooking classes, home restaurants, catering, delivery and much more.
Today, together with her team, Ilaria promotes an inclusive, sustainable and tailor-made approach to cooking, where every event is built around the people who experience it.
Our philosophy
We believe in authentic Italian cuisine, the kind that smells like home and good ingredients. Every dish is made fresh, without waste and without compromising on quality, with options designed for everyone: vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free. We are open every day from noon until evening to bring good food to those who stay at home, with catering and business lunches that bring the warmth of the table to the office.
We organise practical lessons to teach people how to cook consciously and make the most of every ingredient, with courses dedicated to Italians and tourists. Our activities are opportunities to meet and share, and when needed, we also deliver to your door, with attention and care that goes beyond the service itself.
